As of July 2026, the list price (Wholesale Acquisition Cost or WAC) for COSENTYX is $8,165.42 per month for a 150-mg self-injection Sensoready pen or pre-filled syringe, and $8,492.03 per month for a 300-mg single self-injection Unoready pen and $4,579.12 per intravenous infusion||. This price is before any discounts, rebates, or insurance coverage, and may not reflect the actual cost paid by patients. Most patients with prescription drug coverage typically pay less.
